Welcome to Poop Be Gone! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any interactions with Poop Be Gone. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a pet waste removal service with Poop Be Gone, you agree to:

• Provide safe and accessible entry to your property.
• Ensure pets are secured indoors or in a separate area during service.
• Keep the yard reasonably maintained (e.g., not overgrown) for efficient cleanup.
• Notify us of any obstacles or hazards that could affect our service.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Regular Service: Services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
• Weather Delays: In extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule services to ensure the safety of our team.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payment is due at the time of service or through an agreed billing cycle for recurring services.
• There is no one time initial clean-up fee
• Late payments may result in a service interruption until the balance is cleared.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Liability & Safety

• Poop Be Gone is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, or property resulting from hidden hazards (e.g., sharp objects, toxic plants, aggressive animals).
• Our technicians will secure gates after service, but we are not liable for pets escaping due to faulty or improperly latched gates.
• We do not clean up hazardous materials other than pet waste (e.g., broken glass, chemicals).

5. Waste Disposal

• Waste is disposed of according to local regulations.
• If no trash bin is available, waste will be securely double-bagged and placed in a designated area on the property.

6. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The yard is unsafe for our technicians (e.g., aggressive dogs, hazardous conditions).
• There is a history of missed payments or policy violations.

7. Changes to Terms

Poop Be Gone may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
